Marketing Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Business Development Manager. The role involves managing marketing strategies, developing new business opportunities, and fostering client relationships. On a daily basis, the Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, conducting competitor research, and collaborating with internal teams. While the role is primarily located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm marketing Department
• Proven experience in marketing and business development
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Expertise in market research and analysis
• Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
