Fort Lauderdale Plaintiff personal injury law firm seeks a full-time (approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) Must be experienced. Bilingual Spanish and English preferred. The ideal candidate is fluent in both languages and can speak both without an accent.

Client Intake Specialist: Full responsibility for handling and screening of all intakes for all practice areas, as well as follow-on contact to secure leads. Create, maintain, and keep documentation related to actions taken as part of the intake process, including but not limited to filing out intake forms, maintaining the intake database, generating timely reports, and maintaining correspondence. Candidate is expected to use their existing expertise to improve overall operational efficiency within their area of the firm, working closely with staff to identify, monitor and analyze potential systemic or policy issues that arise through the intake and information line

Candidate will serve as the client’s primary point of contact for the first 60 days of engagement including helping the client get to necessary medical care; coordinating repair of the client’s vehicle if damaged and documenting the property damage through repair estimates photographs and video; coordinating recorded statements of witnesses; coordinating site inspections with expert witnesses; communicating with law enforcement; communicating with insurance companies; retrieving police reports and other investigative materials; place the health insurance company on notice; and notifying the potential defendant of the claim to obtain insurance information and preserve evidence. Open files in the case management system involving data entry.

Works closely with the Paralegal, Attorney, Medical Providers and the Referral Sources in an effort to obtain complete copies of files and documentations needed to properly open and evaluate cases. Conducts and maintains review information for all former and current clients.

Marketing: The Client Intake Specialist has superior telephone skills and can be a voice of empathy to the client who has been in an accident and needs our help. The Client Intake Specialist will also be expected to explore and pursue avenues by which the firm can expand its relationships with both vendors and potential partner firms secondarily to their primary task This will include, but is not limited to phone contact, in-person contact, & event marketing tasks. The candidate will be responsible for cataloging referral sources for future marketing purposes. The Client Intake Specialist we’ll work to obtain social media reviews for the organization from happy clients that they interact with on a regular basis.

Qualifications: Strong social skills and a team-oriented approach – Able to switch quickly between customer service, business representative, and productive member of office team. Strong professional writing skills – Candidate must display above average correspondence skills, both with potential clients, as well as potential business contacts. Complete computer proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, PDF handling, and Docusign. Knowledge of Litify (or similar case management software), a plus! Dependable organizational and planning skills – Willingness to see through completion of tasks and pursuit of company goals. Occasional availability to work evening or weekend hours, as needed.

MUST BE BILINGUAL (English-Spanish).
