Gabriel S. was injured in the back of a box truck owned by a national truck rental company when he was attempting to move his personal belongings. His foot got caught on a bracket located in the back of the truck that was used to hold a handcart. Gabriel S. The reason that Gabriel got hurt is that the bracket was installed in the back of the truck in a position they created a tripping hazard.
