Vivian Fazio, Esq.

With over 25 years of legal experience, Vivian H. Fazio is a seasoned attorney serving individual and commercial clients across Florida. Her practice spans personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation, where she is known for her aggressive advocacy, innovative counsel, and personalized service. While most of her clients are in South Florida, she has served clients in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Australia. She offers legal counsel in English and Spanish.

A native Floridian, Ms. Fazio earned her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Florida and her JD from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law. She gained early trial experience as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office and has since built a distinguished career, including defending doctors, hospitals, and businesses in high-stakes lawsuits and complex litigation. In 2015, she founded her firm, serving clients in personal injury, commercial litigation, and arbitration. She is admitted to all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Ms. Fazio has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, and Top 100 of the National Trial Lawyers. Beyond her legal work, she is a past President of the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association, and a Director of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association. A community builder, she served as President of the Broward Women’s Alliance, mentored law students through NSU’s College of Law, and served on the Board of the Women’s Guild of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. 

In 2018, after being nominated by the Florida Bar, Ms. Fazio was appointed by Governor Scott to serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission of the 17th Judicial Circuit. Three Florida Bar Presidents appointed her to serve on the Civil Procedure Rules Committee, and Chief Judge Tuter appointed her to the 17th Circuit Professionalism Panel, where she continues to serve.
