Dave Marston, COO

Dave Marston is COO of Coffey McPharlin, managing HR, finance and accounting, marketing, systems and operations. He also collaborates with the partners on firm strategy and growth. Dave joined the firm in 2024 after a career in strategy and management consulting with KPMG, Computer Sciences and Archstone Consulting. Along with building a high-performing team and providing stellar client service at CMTL, he is a part-time lifeguard at the L.A. Lee YMCA in Fort Lauderdale and is passionate about drowning prevention. He earned an MBA in Finance and Operations with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
