Dave Marston, COO

Dave Marston joined CMTL in 2024 as the firm’s finance and operations leader. He manages the firm’s human resources, IT and marketing; and many of its relationships with key business partners. His main focus is continuing to evolve CMTL’s operating model to advance its mission in supporting its many clients, and building an outstanding employee culture and high-performing team.

Prior to joining CMTL, Dave was COO at a boutique investment bank and advisory firm, earning securities licenses from FINRA and NASAA; and spent 15 years as a strategy and operations consultant at firms including KPMG and Computer Sciences Corp.

Dave earned an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors in Finance and Operations at Columbia Business School; and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from

Queen’s University in Canada. He lives in Fort Lauderdale and is active in the community at the L.A. Lee YMCA / Mizell Community Center, Broward Health Medical Center and other organizations.
