Rear end motor vehicle accident involving soft tissue injury resolved for $40,000. 45-year-old female was rear-ended by another driver at a red light. She complained at the accident scene of low back pain. She was treated and diagnosed with lumbar spine injuries and bulging discs were diagnosed by MRI. She had a medical history of prior bulging discs in the lumbar spine.
