Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Legal Assistant at Coffey McPharlin Trial Law. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, communication with clients and stakeholders, administrative assistance, and supporting attorneys in various legal tasks. The position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Legal Document Preparation and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
  • Experience working as a Legal Assistant
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with legal research and writing
  • An associate’s degree or certification in Legal Assistant studies is preferred
