The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The paralegal will provide support to attorneys, handle scheduling and docketing, communicate with clients and courts, assist with trial preparation, draft legal documents, and maintain contact information. Mastery-level knowledge of civil procedure rules, e-filing protocols, and case management software is required. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Provide paralegal support to attorneys
  • Oversee scheduling, calendaring, and docketing of assigned matters
  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Assist with trial preparation and organization
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence
  • E-file in state and federal court
  • Maintain and update contact information
  • Monitor deadlines and prepare calendar reports

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven working experience as a plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal
  • 5+ years of experience in calendaring and docketing
  • Mastery-level experience in day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Mastery-level computer literacy
  • Mastery-level working knowledge of case management software
  • Degree, diploma, or certification is a plus but not required
